Questions about payment
What’s the difference between the plans?
Only the number of people. Solo is for one account, Salon covers up to three staff, and each additional person costs extra at the price listed above. Every feature is the same in both plans.
How does yearly payment work?
You pay once a year for ten months and use it for twelve. Two months are free.
What if my team grows or shrinks?
You can move from Solo to Salon whenever you like. On Salon you add and remove staff when you need to, and billing adjusts to match.
Do I have to take Lena, the AI assistant?
No. Lena is an add-on you can switch on and off whenever you like, on either plan. The price is shown above.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
No. You pay only the subscription, however many appointments you have.
